Welcome to another SpiderTech instructional video. We're going to look at the full knee spider today. So, remember, before you put any of the spiders on, you want to make sure the area is clean and dry, free of any hair, lotions and oils. We're going to show how simple it is to apply it yourself and in any setting.

  1. Bend all the black lines on the back of the tape and tear all the perforations before you start applying it to the skin.

  2. Once you have torn all the perforations, you can create a tear in the middle of section number one to make it a little easier to put on. Fold the edges of the tear back a little bit.

  3. You want to apply section number one in the centre of your knee, just below your knee cap.

  4. Peel off the backing on either side of section number one, and let it lay on the skin.

  5. Peel the backing off of section number two about three-fourths of the way. Fold it back to have a tab and stretch it, so it goes halfway up your thigh and just on the other side of the midline. Peel the rest of the backing off and allow the tape to adhere to the skin.

  6. Rub the length of the tape once it's on.

  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 on the other side.

  8. Straighten the leg. Take the backing of section number three off and lay the tape on the skin without any stretch. Repeat on the other side.

  9. Rub over both sections.

  10. Bend the knee. Take section number four, peel the backing off three-fourths of the way and fold it to make a tab. Lay it on the skin without any stretch, just on the other side of the shin bone.

  11. Take the remaining of the backing of number four off and rub all the corners to make sure the tape stays on.

  12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 on the other side.

  13. Straighten your leg again, and peel off the backing of section number five. Lay it down on the skin with no stretch. Repeat on the other side.

  14. Once the application is on the skin, vigorously rub over the top of it. Make sure all the corners and sections are down so that the tape will stay on for its intended time of three to five days.
