Welcome to another SpiderTech instructional video! We're going to do our wrist kinesiology tape today. Before you put any of the spiders on, you want to make sure the area you're going to apply on the skin is clean and dry, free of hair, any lotions or oils. To get started, we're going to show how simple it is to do it yourself and in any environment.
Tear all the perforations, bending where the black line is and tear the backing of the tape.
Place your middle finger through the hole labelled "1", pull it back, so it rests at the base of your middle finger.
Peel off the backing of section number one entirely.
Flip the application, lay the tape on the skin and rub to activate the glue.
Flip your hand over and take the backing of section number two off. Repeat step 4.
Flex your wrist down and peel off the backing of section number three off, three-fourths of the way. Bend it backwards, so you have the tab and then lay it on the skin without any stretch.
Peel the backing up to put the rest of the tape on. You want to smooth it out and make sure you don't have any wrinkles.
Rub over the entire tape once it's on the skin to activate the glue.
Take care when removing this tape application. Do not rip off! Push and roll the tape off the skin slowly.
Now you're ready to go! Thanks, and we'll see you next time.
