We design our products to help you perform at peak level. If they're not working exactly right for you, don't worry, we've got you covered! You have 30 days to take your purchases, confidently knowing you can return items for any reason within those 30 days.

Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.

All return items must be in original condition and packaging and return shipping costs may apply.

Examples of items that are non-returnable:

  1. Sample Items
  2. Open Box Items
  3. Products purchased from third party suppliers

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, etc.)



Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RGA number.

To obtain an RGA number and return instructions, please email and put Return in the subject line. Please provide the following information when emailing for an RGA number: customer name, order number, date purchased, product description and the nature of the return.

A Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you as soon as possible, to issue you an RGA, and provide you with return instructions and log your return.


We stand behind all our products. If your item is potentially defective or flawed, and it's been fewer than 30 days since your purchase, simply start a return. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to find the best solution.


All refunds will be credited back to the issuing bank for processing. Generally, this can take up to 7 business days, depending on the banking institute.

If a PayPal account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account.

Refunds for third-party suppliers will not be issued by Spidertech. Please work with the third-party supplier if you need to return any items.


With your return, please put a copy of your RGA Form with the return items. This will allow for the most efficient processing of your return request.


If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help you with that! The process is similar to a return.

Before the return: To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item. We will credit your account or the original payment method once we receive the return. Please note, you cannot use your store credit until we have credited your account.

After the return: Once you receive your refund, you can simply place a new order.

Return shipping costs still apply for all exchanges and will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
